Its Vap dressed as Rosette. Good god no one reads the damn artist comments anymore. Fanart for one of my biggest idols  (: Every time I see Rosette from Chrno Crusade I think of Vap )8;; Oh yes Rosette reminds me of Vap. Not Vap reminds me of Rosette :D It may have been more logical to draw Rosette wearing Vap’s outfit but she doesn’t have a solid outfit… or is just drawn with no clothes on… Yeah so this just worked better.
